Revenera will be performing required database infrastructure maintenance in FlexNet Operations UAT (NAM) environments. This maintenance is necessary to ensure the FlexNet Operations LLM and FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM Software Delivery (ESD) database infrastructure meets our ongoing security compliance and performance standards.
Maintenance Window: PST : 2026-11-02, 09:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST : 2026-11-03, 12:30 AM – 01:00 AM UTC : 2026-11-03, 05:30 AM – 06:00 AM IST : 2026-11-03, 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Affected Components: -FlexNet Operations LLM application and all its services in UAT (NAM) environments -Software Delivery (ESD) in FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM UAT (NAM) environments
Impact: A service interruption of up to 30 minutes is expected during the maintenance window. During this time, FlexNet Operations LLM services and FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM Software Delivery (ESD) services, such as downloads, will be unavailable.
