Maintenance Window: • PDT: August 24, 2026 10:30PM – August 25, 2026 04:30AM • EDT: August 25, 2026 01:30AM – 07:30AM • UTC: August 25, 2026 05:30AM – 11:30AM • IST: August 25, 2026 11:00AM – 05:00PM
Note: This maintenance coincides with the planned 2026.09 release. Testing may need to wait until release activities have concluded.
Affected Components: • FlexNet Operations ALM Producer Portal and End User Portal user interface URL paths in the UAT NAM1 and UAT EU2 environments
Impact: • Service downtime is not expected for this maintenance • No functionality changes are expected • Most Producer Portal and End User Portal URL paths will change as part of this upgrade • Following the maintenance, users should validate their business processes and integrations and review any dependencies on existing portal URLs, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, bookmarked links, documentation, and automated workflows or scripts that reference portal URLs.
