During the maintenance window, FlexNet Publisher licensing capabilities, such as activating and returning licenses, will be unavailable to Producers and End Users in the FlexNet Operations ALM Production (EU) environments. Non-FlexNet Publisher related functionality is unaffected and expected to remain available during this maintenance.
