Affected Components: • FlexNet Operations ALM Producer Portal and End User Portal user interface URL paths in the UAT NAM2, UAT NAM4, PCS NAM1, PCS NAM2, and PCS NAM3 environments
Impact: • Service downtime is not expected for this maintenance • No functionality changes are expected • Most Producer Portal and End User Portal URL paths will change as part of this upgrade • Following the maintenance, users should validate their business processes and integrations and review any dependencies on existing portal URLs, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, bookmarked links, documentation, and automated workflows or scripts that reference portal URLs.
