Scheduled Maintenance: File Uploads for FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM Software Delivery (ESD) in UAT

As part of ongoing security improvements, Revenera will be updating Software Delivery (ESD) SSH configurations on:
- UAT: October 14, 2025
- Production: November 11, 2025

This change may affect Software Delivery (ESD) customers who use Aspera and SFTP for uploading files. If you're using an older version of the Aspera upload client, you may need to upgrade this to continue uploading files.

Please refer to the knowledge article List of FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM Software Delivery (ESD) Deprecated Cryptographic Components for a list of cryptographic components that will be deprecated by this change.

Action Required: We strongly advise users to test their upload client in the UAT environment beginning October 14th and before November 11th to determine if you need to upgrade the version of your software to support newer versions of encryption.
