Revenera will be performing maintenance on the storage appliances in the North America data center instance. Phase II will be performed on Sunday, April 18, 2021. During this window, we will be applying firmware upgrades to the primary storage infrastructure to take advantage of performance, security, and reliability improvements supplied by our vendor. No disruption to the production environment is expected, but please be advised of the potential impact of any maintenance performed on live systems. Remediation plans have been put in place should any unexpected issues arise.
UPDATE, 17/Apr/2021: The LLM and ALM ESD applications will be unavailable for up to one hour in the UAT and PCS environments during this maintenance window.
