Scheduled
Revenera makes use of SSL certificates to protect the transmission of sensitive information in the use of FlexNet Operations Cloud applications. The certificates are installed and used on Revenera web servers for establishing a secure line of communication between you and the application.

The following certificates were updated in UAT on May 5th:

UAT Compliance endpoint (FNO LLM and ALM)
*.compliance.flexnetoperations.com

UAT Enterprise Portal (FNO LLM only)
*.subscribenet.com

UAT Producer Portal (FNO LLM only)
manageruat.subscribenet.com

To allow for additional time to test in UAT, the certificates will be updated in Production at the following times:

Production Compliance endpoint (FNO LLM and ALM)
*.compliance.flexnetoperations.com – June 7th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Production Enterprise Portal (FNO LLM only)
*.subscribenet.com – June 7th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Production Producer Portal (FNO LLM only)
manager.subscribenet.com – June 7th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Note: The Producer Portal certificates are used for the management endpoints within FlexNet Operations License Lifecycle Management (LLM) for a few customers who are still using the legacy “subscribenet.com” url. These endpoints are used for most customer integrations, including web services and batch processing. Please pay special attention to this notification if you have any integrations running against the FlexNet Operations service.

To ensure there are no interruptions with your integration, please make sure you install the new certificate on your systems before the renewal date and test your integrations in UAT before June 7, 2022.

What steps need to be performed for integration clients?
If the client is configured to trust either the intermediary or root CA certificate, no action is required. If the client is configured to use the explicit *.subscribenet.com certificate, the client truststore will need to be updated with the new certificate. Note: The subscribenet.com certificates have a new intermediate certificate, while the compliance.flexnetoperations.com certificates were generated with the old intermediate.

How does my organization prepare for the renewal if we are using the certificate for integration purposes with Revenera?
Please forward this email to the group, within your organization, responsible for managing the integration and have them follow the steps outlined in the FlexNet Operations Cloud - Digital Certificates. For FlexNet Embedded Local License Servers, we advise following the instructions described in the Best Practice: Keeping SSL Certificate Information on Local License Servers Synchronized with Certificate Updates in FlexNet Operations Cloud article. Alternatively, you can contact Revenera’s Support Team for additional assistance.

The new certificates can be found in the Revenera Community : https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Operations-News/Scheduled-Maintenance-FlexNet-Operations-SSL-Certificate-Update/ba-p/233007#M91
